BOOT CAMP · All levels · An intense interval workout combining power, strength and agility.  A fun paced class for all levels of participants.

20/20/20 · Twenty minutes kick, to get your heart rate up. Twenty minutes step, to burn the fat. Twenty minutes weight and abs, for a well rounded workout.

PILATES/YOGA · Core strength and stability conditioning. Lower body toning and shaping with relaxing yoga stretches.

KICKBOX TRAINING · For everyone a powerful cardio workout with a Tae-Kwon-Do format...No grapevines or fancy stuff.  Real boxing techniques taught here!

STEPPING STONES · A weighted step class.  Basic movements, low choreography and burns tons of calories.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING - All levels - A class that combines 30 minutes of two of the following; Step, Hi-Lo, Funk, Hip-Hop, Cardio Kick or Strength Training.
